| Basic concepts for creating your site structure |
|
| | You can make any page a pay page |
| | If people without a subscription browse to an Ipaya pay page, they automatically see this page instead. |
|
| For normal sites this means: |
|
| | It's a good idea to let your homepage stay a free page |
| | Other vital pages like your contact details should stay free as well |
| | It might be a good idea to explain your visitors what Ipaya is before they click on a page, are transferred to our stopping page and get confused. |
|
| Homepage (free) |
| | Basic Infos (free) |
| | Previews (free) |
| | Pay page 1 |
| | Pay page 2 |
| | Contacts (free) |
|
| |
The homepage contains a small text box explaining Ipaya. This box is placed at the start of the section with the links to the pay pages.
|
| Homepage (free) |
| | Section A (free) |
| | ... |
| | Pay Section (1st page free) |
| | | Detail pages (pay) |
| | | ... |
|
| |
Since all pay pages are in a subsection, there is no explanation of Ipaya on the Homepage. The page that comes immediately before the pay pages ("Pay Section") contains the explanation.
|
|
| Short explanation when linking |
|
| There are cases where you don't want to explain Ipaya: |
| | You have no time |
| | You link to another site |
|
| However, you would still like to point out that the provided link your visitors are about to click might not work if they don't have a subscription. Here are some suggestions: |
| | Don't do anything and let every user find out |
| | Add (costs, needs Ipaya) to the link |
| | If you think your users might have already heard what Ipaya is, just add (Ipaya) to the link to save further space |
